How long does postage take?

Once we’ve prepped your order and it’s ready to go, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
We’re based out bush, and our mail only runs twice a week, so thanks for your patience – we promise it’s worth the wait!

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yep, sure will! Once your order's on its way, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
If it hasn’t popped into your inbox, have a squiz in your junk folder. Still no luck? Flick us a message and we’ll happily send it through again.

How do I take care of my collar?

For PVC/Biothane collars:

Wipe down with a damp cloth – warm water works best.
Got a stubborn mess? A touch of mild soap will do the trick.
Rinse off any soap and pat dry, or let it air dry naturally.
Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach – they’ll ruin the finish.
Store somewhere cool and dry when not in use.

These collars are tough as nails but a little love goes a long way!

For leather collars:

Give it a clean with a damp cloth first.
Rub on some leather conditioner with a soft cloth – don’t overdo it.
Let it soak in for a few minutes.
Wipe off any extra goo, then let it dry properly.
Keep it out of direct sun or heat.
Condition every few months to keep it soft and crack-free.

What info should I put on my pet's ID tag?

Here’s what most people include:

Pet’s name
Your name
Phone number (most important bit!)
Optional: town/suburb or street name
“I’m microchipped” if your pet has one
Medical needs if it’s something urgent (like needing daily meds)

Keep it simple but helpful – enough to get your pet home safe and sound.

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! We handmake everything ourselves, so if you’ve got a specific idea, colour combo, or a custom name or tag layout in mind, send us a message and we’ll sort you out.

Can I wash my dog’s collar in the washing machine?

We don’t recommend it – especially for leather. Stick to a quick wipe down or hand wash to keep your collar looking fresh and lasting longer.
